Who this is for
• Resellers / VARs / MSPs / ecommerce teams — pricing, catalog, orders, invoices, and platform connectors.
• Suppliers — supplier-side tools for your products (a different product set than customers).
• ISVs / integration partners / contractors — one login per ScanSource partner you support; use a separate account if you support more than one.
• Developers on a partner team — same path: register under that partner, then build after access is granted.
The 5-step process (Sign up now)
1. Decide your path — connect a platform you already use, or build a custom Partner Direct integration.
2. Create your user — on this page choose Sign up now, then Sign up now again on the identity screen to open User details. Use a business email you can verify. Employees use ScanSource Employee Login on Sign in after internal access is granted.
3. Wait for validation — status Submitted means ScanSource is reviewing. That is normal — typically a few business days.
4. Get access — status Active means products and docs for your organization are available.
5. Integrate — open Profile → Organization Subscription Information for organization credentials, or open assigned APIs / products. For interactive testing, open an operation on API details and use Try this operation (or Try It). Prefer DEV/TEST portals; portal Primary/Secondary keys are for Try It only — not production.
What you'll need
ScanSource customer or supplier account number; a business email you can verify; and if you are a contractor/ISV, a sponsor contact at the partner who can confirm the relationship. Having these ready speeds approval.
After you're approved
Open Profile → Organization Subscription Information for organization Client ID, Client Secret, and organization subscription key — plus entitled products.
Platform users: use those organization credentials in your vendor tool — see Popular platforms.
Custom builders: open APIs / products assigned to your org — not visible before Active. Specs and Try It live on API details (pick an API, then an operation). Prefer DEV/TEST for day-to-day Try It. Do not use portal Primary/Secondary keys for production or third-party platforms.

One partner per login. Need another ScanSource partner ID? Use a separate portal account.
Where is Try It?
After Active and product access, open APIs → choose an API → open an operation on API details. Use Try this operation on that page. Prefer the DEV or TEST portal for interactive calls; use portal subscription keys for Try It only.

ScanSource employees — which sign-in?
Use ScanSource Employee Login with your corporate work account (Microsoft Entra ID). For internal developer tools and supporting partners — not for partner company Microsoft 365 accounts. Request portal access through your internal process / manager first.
Partners, suppliers, contractors, and customers — which sign-in?
Use Sign up now here (or Partner Sign In on Sign in / Home) — Microsoft Entra External ID / B2C — even if your company uses Microsoft 365. Do not use Employee Login unless you are a ScanSource employee. New users: Sign up now → Sign up now again on the identity screen.
Which button do I use?
New partner users → Sign up now on this page, then Sign up now again on the identity screen. Returning users → Partner Sign In (Home or Sign in). Employees → ScanSource Employee Login. Use the same method every time — switching creates a different identity.
Why can’t I use my ScanSource.com or PartnerVue password?
This hub is a separate identity system. Create or use the account for this portal only.
I use Microsoft 365 at my company — should I use Employee Login?
No, unless you are a ScanSource employee. Partners use Partner Sign In.
I registered but don’t see APIs or keys
Expected while status is Submitted. After Active, open Profile → Organization Subscription Information for organization credentials. Portal Primary/Secondary keys are for Try It / testing only.

How long does validation take?
Typically a few business days. If Submitted longer than that, contact your ScanSource account team or b2bsupport@scansource.com with your customer/supplier number.
I clicked the wrong sign-in method
Sign out, open Sign in, and use the correct button. Do not create a second account to fix access — contact support if you are stuck between two identities.
